Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and logistics partner performance. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to you at the earliest.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout. Orders above a certain value may be eligible for free shipping (as per ongoing promotional offers).

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Please note: In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-returnable Items
